L Knee, Impact wound / trauma

Bruising and graze on outside of left knee from fall in rocks. Able to finish the course but stiffened up after stopping. Difficult to bend knee and painful walking.
Just took a long time. Still a bit stiff around lateral side of knee but not really causing a problem now.
