Achillobursitis. Hurts independent of acute loading - sometimes more severe after 2 days of rest. Treatment: Decreased loading/running, augmentation of general blood circulation, cold-hot showers, expanded warming up, little wedge under heel. Systemic assistance by supplementation of anti-oxy's. After 20 days (no remarkable recovery): 11 days oral glucocorticoid medication (spiricort 20, active agent: prednisolonum 20mg), decreasing dose (from 50mg to 20mg). no competitions during medication!!
