hard fall on elbow in ball hockey - very swollen, numbness and tingling on outside of hand/arm - probably ulnar nerve - bruised from just above wrist to just below shoulder - very tender around elbow
after 10 days - numbness pretty much cleared up - still tender and swollen
still hurts if i put any weight directly on elbow, otherwise - fine
