Fell on my knee at French Creek. Twice on the same knee. After the 2nd fall I had to limp for a minute or two during the race. Afterwards I noticed I'd lost a bit of blood (sock was stained from a knee abrasion, but leg was clean of blood - it was raining). Running for the next few days was very sore on every impact of the L-leg and since it was very hard to run w/o a limp, I decided to reduce volume/intensity rather than try to do hard exercise with a bad limp...
4th day got worse, then did 2 short easy runs per day, and some IT DT and stretch
