One of the deep 6; possibly Obtrurator I (or was it E?). Came on a bit gradually and getting worse. Had to get strong anti-inflammatories, a hot water bottle and very strong co-codamol.
Strained obturator was the general diagnosis. Nothing for it but diclofenac, co-codamol, and doing bugger all.
