Tickly throat full of gunk and a thick sore head. Glands slightly up on first day but seem to have gone down by second.
Caused by standing in the cold rain for three days solid at a music festival, with albeit pretty minimal amounts of cider and less good food than usual. Resolved itself eventually, but coughing a little for ages after and runny nose. Finally seems to have gone completely.
