Sick, Flu

2006-03-27 - 2006-04-28

severity grade: 4

Probable viral bronchitis. Hacking cough. Infection seems to be largely deep in the bronchials without other significant symptoms. Following the rule of thumb - if its below the head, rest. Went to see a doctor multiple times - diagnosed as walking pneumonia. Two antibiotics (one for three weeks) and an oral steriod to reduce inflammation.

treated for both bacterial pneumonia (two different antibiotics including biaxin) and viral bronchitis (coricosteriod? with a decreasing dosage). The antibiotics didn't seem to work, but the steriod anti-inflammatory helped a lot.
