R Lower Leg, Shin Splints

Very low pain, like when it starts. Will cehck doctor and apply ice. After two speed work sessions and one 3Km run, it has worsen. Will start drinking some vitamin D, continue with ice and tylenol. I'm icing it on and off, but have good results. Trying to ice it more often. Trying 5-10min strech before and after runs.
