L Upper Leg, Hamstring Pain

Sciatic nerve pinching. Lots of massage for the week.

Update 12/05First club session again last night. Legs felt okay but not 100%. Hamstrings sore the next day.

Saw physio last week exercise for glutes and hamstring.

Leg strengthening lots of modified bridges. Bridge clams etc. Strengthening of glute and hamstring.
