Asthma Attack on Saturday caused by excessive dust & smoke while riding. I bailed on rest of ride to try to keep from getting worse, but ended up feeling worse regardless. Next day I was exhausted and couldn't workout...only felt like sleeping. And rest of week was exhausted with upper respiratory cold symptoms & sinus pressure headache. Trying different drug combos to try and reduce symptoms, but haven't figured it out yet.
Claritin - nothing
IB profin helped with headache pain.
Benadryl - nothing
Musinex & Claritin - nothing
I forgot to close this case. It eventually just slowly went away.
