broke 2nd toe at Barbara and Ian's house stubbing toe on end of bed. hurts to walk, neighbour nurse says its bnroken, strap to toe next to it, nothing for a week. then bike if doesn't hurt. gutted.
Biked, no running for 3 weeks, then ok
