L Foot, Ankle Sprain

Rolled the ankle on the way to third control during the second day of the West Point meet. Iced it for about 15 minutes in the evening and in the morning after. Left foot is a bit tender to bear weight on the next day.

I have to make sure to strengthen my ankles by doing trail running on challenging footing without being distracted by a map before I try running an orienteering race on footing as challenging as that at West Point.
