Started off as a cold, then sore throat, on the 3rd day became really sore throat/ throat infection lost my voice for a while even. Eventually (on the 4th consequetive rest day) got prescribed Penicillin 500 mg, 4 times daily.
Penicillin cleared this up, but was bad for a week/ 10days :(
