Pulled it again slightly in last km of kinetic night run. Felt very tight even though warmed up a lot and stretched slowly - don't know what to do!! New muscle - gastrocs - haematoma.

Change running to use of core muscles and use of bum muscles more, do exorcises and leg lifts to back.
