10/22/15 turned ankle.

Starting with level 2, will see if I can run on 10/23. Swelling somewhat, ache while at rest. Bummer.

Raced 11/1 - the PT tape I put on several days ago helped tremendously (although it was $$).

PT tape was useful. Otherwise, time.
