Slipped on a wet mossy log. As I fell, lower R shin banged against another fallen log, while lower L back scraped against a stub of the original log.
Lower R shin was already a bit banged up from a fall on Oct.4 while running at Mt. Airy. This new impact just furthered the injury. The area is visibly swollen and redden. It's painful to walk/run on, particular noticeable at every footstrike. 24hrs later, it's already turned a bit black and blue.
There's still a bump around the impact area, but it's no longer painful, so I'm calling it healed for now.
