Soreness deep in groin and at front of hip, extending down hip flexors/adductors. Reacts badly to leg lifting in terrain and climbing. Progressively more sore during a run. Responds well to massage.
Same symptoms as 18 months ago.
Flexibility seems key to avoiding this one: quads, glutes, hip and groin. Once properly sore stretching can be a problem though and only deep massage helps to resolve it.
