23/10/15: daily small amount of massage, knot size decreasing
28/11/15: knot still decreasing in size, one small bit left.
04/01/16: perhaps benign, not going away just stuck there. might not be a muscle knot. does not affect performance.
27/02/16: Benign. Doesnt affect anything. Considered "healed"
