Got slowly worse and got significantly worse after Smålandskavlen. Nothing seems to be hurt though, so via disciplined rehab I hope to be back in business soon.

It's slowly getting better, although much slower than I first expected. Today I ran 15 minutes in terrain with a very diffuse, weak pain last 5 minutes.

Got worse after orienteering in hilly terrain with lots of jumps. Will now just run in smooth terrain and on paths for a while. Also, will not train too long sessions at fysiken. MTB seems to be good.
