L Knee, Hyperextension

Slipped on the stairs at Urban event at Edenvale this morning. Sat on my left leg, was fine to continue. I think fluid has built up behind the knee so it is a bit sore. RICE and it should be OK by end of the week.

Rachelle the physio did a great job and feels 100% after 2 sessions. Straightened knee instead of hobbling with it bent.
