L Foot, Other

2016-07-01 – 2016-08-15

Grade: 2

left front side of the left sole (left of the ball of the foot) is too painful to walk on. this is probably due to repetitive stress from lots of running on hard surfaces (rocks and pavement) over a couple of months.

I should pay attention to my running form, so that I place the weight correctly on my feet, especially when I run on hard surfaces such as rocks or pavement. Walking barefoot while looking carefully where I'm going is good therapy for this.
