Woke up with a mild intestinal upset, that got worse all day until late at night when I couldn't sleep. Slowly got better after than. Maybe a bad protein bar I'd eaten the day before, and/or than I'd eaten it just after finishing a 5k XC race, while jogging the cooldown, w/o drinking anything? I did chase it with water shortly after, so it wasn't a terrible unusual eating process. So it may have been something else entirely (virus/bacteria?)
Raw, frozen cookie dough, which I ate twice before noticing it was the cause, seemed to be the culprit. Both times it was really bad for a day, then lingered for a week.
