L Upper Leg, Hamstring Pain

Hurt my hamstring when running the Scotiabank marathon. Took a few weeks off but still had lingering pain until now (feb /2017). Decided to take 2 weeks off running, regularly do hamstring stretches and only bike / elliptical.

Took all of February off from running. I've been doing hamstring stretches after every time I work out.
