My arch has been hurting for awhile (won't get into how long) but after the Traverse my heel began to hurt with each step. I've been wearing flat shoes, and streching and massaging. My heel no longer hurts when I walk, but I'm going to continue to take time off running until January.
The heal pain has gone away. Despite not running for 5 weeks, the arch pain still persists. But we're going to pretend it's normal.
