Started to affect workout planning on 12/26, but definitely noticed a few days before (but after the Marathon). Not bad as of 12/30, but slowly worsening.
Cho-Pat strap worked the day I tried it - ramped up to racing in 6 days, after 4 months of physical therapy had me in slowly worsening pain that by the end would flare up after walking 20 minutes...
