L Knee, Iliotibial Band Syndrome

Ran a marathon. Ran up and down a mountain (1500m) in 6 days.

Been in and out since. Finding that stretching my calf may work. Will continue with that. And try to get rollerskiing more.

(Running races doesn't seem to help, but running races is fun, this is a conundrum.)
