R Knee, Iliotibial Band Syndrome

2018-01-15 – 2018-04-13

Grade: 2

After 50 minutes slow run, outer side of right knee started to ache. I should have stopped right away, but obviously didn't and continued for another 20 minutes or so. I just forgot that this specific pain means only one thing - ITBS.
Starting to stretch, we'll see how it goes.

21/1 - A few days rest a the standard stretches, and Saturday's race was fine.

22/1 - Dull pain started after about 8km. This time I stopped.

Resting due to the ankle sprain has (hopefully) resolved the ITBS.
