Fell on Helvellyn plateau running with Josie. Impact bang on rock to left hip. Struggled for any uphill momentum after that. Flat and downhill was fine albeit tender. Every uphill step a stabbing pain to the hip and upper leg
waiting - ice initially. Iboprofen gel - physio visit to try establish reasons for falls.
2/7 not fully 100% but walked Saunders with E without any issues. Lying on left overnight still tender even with Thermarest
