Hernia. All my intestines are swollen outside my stomach wall, as I wasn't able to recover from the laparotomy in July 2017, when they cut through my stomach wall completely (10cm vertical scar), & removed 11" of my small intestines.
No recovery unless I am operated on again. What joy. Recovered from a runnign POV by early 2018?
Core needs more buildup.
