R Lower Leg, Achilles Tendonitis

Just noting this the sense patters in pain etc. Using it to strengthen me not weaken me! I can heal and improve myself no matter what comes my way! Just being mindful of it <3.

Still treating it for the next 12 weeks, but pain fine now - TREATMENT twice daily (friction massage, eccentric heel raises, rolling etc..) ALSO ice baths, cold water therapy and taping it up!
