Lower Leg, Shin Splints

Woke up Saturday morning with bad shin splints. Bad enough that they hurt when I'm not even standing up but not bad enough that I can't work through them.

Don't through in a ski walking workout before a race if I haven't ski walked in a while. And stretch more.
