I could feel a little pain already during competition the day before, then held a Wrong position while sleeping for hours and it caused this pain at the front of my hip which occours mostly when i lift my leg up or move it towards.. so running doesnt help obviously.. Cant really notice while doing orienteering cause i pay attention on map, but annoying a bit.. Seems it gets slightly better By the time..
I trained same as before...it passed after a few days...
