L Lower Leg, Other

2019-11-23 – 2019-12-19

Grade: 3

Started feeling pain in my left leg (just above the ankle on the outside) while skiing on Saturday, but wasn't really worried until I tried running on Monday. Skiing was ok (I think because of the variation between diagonal and double poling, and also because lower stride frequency), but running was really painful. Is it a strain caused by nearly falling after slipping on some ice Friday evening? Went to the fysio after a week, and he called it a cramp in the inner calf muscle, massaged and told me to stretch.

Physio said it was like a cramp of some inner calf muscle. Somehow movement of the foot was blocked. Got better after my last treatment and more stretching (which I didn't do a lot in the beginning because I felt no effect).
