OK, I have slight bunyins...they aren't really the problem. It's the fact that the ball of my foot takes all the pressure when I run and it hurts! This is because I have bunyins, an uneven metatarcel or something, and unflexible calf muscles. Orthotics are being prepared at the moment! My right one is worse than the left...but both can kill depending on the shoes I wear.
