Landed on one leg after jumping from small cliff/rocks. Sucks.
Visited Kaiser. Diagnosis: slightly teared Medial Collateral Ligament. Estimated time to recover - 2-6 weeks.
Almost recovered. Another couple weeks with knee support would do the trick.
