Heavy fall impacting on thigh with signifcant bruising and subsequent hematoma. Able to walk fast after 9 days, then jog on level ground. Could be months before hematoma is fully reabsorbed.
It's slow process and took far more than 3 weeks for lump in quad to shrink significantly let alone disappear.
