R Hip/Pelvis, Other

2008-03-29 - present

severity grade: 3

Low back muscle pain that extends to front of hip joint and down into quad. It's either a quad pull or a pinched nerve. Aggravated when I try to stand up straight or do quad stretch of grab ankle behind back. Started at pav's OMR.

At the Pig, Mike Smith suggested this might be an Iliopsoas problem, either a tear, strain or tendinitis. He gave me a stretch for it that have been doing and suggested massage as well. Will go next week after the BG.
