Overusage/stressed gluteus medius together with some other muscles probably. Pain even at the tendons reaching to the bone on the right side. Pain comes after 30min running 4:00/km , for example, or even faster at faster speed.
Execises and strentching is helping together with massage and Osteo.

Exercises were probably the treatment and the reason why it become better again.
