A week main symtoms, then a few more having no energy for anything (even thinking).
Reduced from reasonably fit to almost non-existant fitness.

Using my Heart Rate Monitor to limit the intensity of exercise when starting back made sure that training didnt adversely affect recovery. Expecting to take several months of training to get back to pre-illness fitness levels.
