Laryngitis (I guess) - at least I've lost my voice AGAIN.
I'm not teaching or shouting a lot. So why????? Who knows. Have been in work weekly (= Aircon) but seems like something of an over reaction by my larynx.
Now (a week later) I'm still coughing on occasion, still gank appearing in small quantities (like last time) so I'm not ticking "recovered" yet. I feel systemically fine and (apart from the occasional paroxysmal coughing fit) was grand hiking
