L Lower Leg, Calf Strain

Strained a muscle in my calf.
Took a few days before I could walk normally with only minor pain. After a few days when I realized it definitely wasn't a bruise I started giving it heat. After about a week it felt normal but gave it a few more days before testing it. Testing it after 10 days was ok but with some tightness in the calf as well as in the Soleus (a bit more than usual)

Did lots of stretching and went on an antiinflammatory steroid for this and some swelling in my finger along with a high dose of ibuprofen.

Did a lot more stretching and continued heating/icing. After about a week slowly started to increase my load again.
