On top of existing knee problem (which was slowly resolving!):
Fall mountain biking - landed heavily onto right knee, right hip & hand. Continued Falla Brae to car park then noticed bleeding! 2x long cuts to surface of knee & VMO bruising.
Paracetamol & brufen straight away & arnica started within half an hour.
Horse riding prior to getting home & icing later.
Wisdom: Time for knee/shin pads!
Knee only painful at surface if knocked. Able to kneel more comfortably.
