R Lower Leg, Calf Strain

I guess I need to stretch more. I've been running and riding with cramped calves and I should have seen this coming. Now I have to rest. I'll work on core strength for a week.

I may have ruptured my gastrocnemius. There is bruising on the inside of my leg.

Stretching is very important. I need to stretch on a regular basis.
