Strange dull throbbing pain. Could be Rotator Cuff (symptoms seem like it) or RSI - have been playing "Who has the biggest brain" on Facebook. Will quit the game and use IBU & cold packs. Doesn't seem to affect weight lifting exercises, but was potentially caused by the addition of chin-ups to my exercise routine (i.e. whenever I see a reasonable facsimile of a chin-up bar while running I do as many underhand and then overhand that I can do).
Avoided upper body work and RSI situations, plus an IBU drip and a bit of cold pack. It seems to have subsided mostly.
