Pretty bad knee impact toward the end of the West Point day 1 middle course. Similar in severity to the Empire Long O injury, but much more debilitating because of location.
August 1 is kind of an arbitary end to this, but I might as well draw the line somewhere. I still have a bump on the knee, likely permanent, but I don't have pain or stiffness anymore in the morning, which is a good sign. The true test would be making a long car trip in the back seat.
