Attackpoint - performance and training tools for orienteering athletes

L Arm, Other

2006-05-01 - 2006-06-07

severity grade: 1

Back of left hand, about halfway between the pointer-finger knuckle & the wrist, my hand has been slowly getting more and more sore with hard activity. By mid-May it was starting to get sore even after 10-20 laps of swimming (which is much gentler than, say, lifting the kids.) I wonder if it's a tendinitis too, cause by my body getting into some let's-have-tendtintis phase...

(Flared back up a bit in mid July...)
As of end-of-May it only hurts rarely.

Seemed to go more or less away on it's own. 1 thing - started doing pushups on fists instead of open hand - that helped.
