Impact to both knees - left knee just bruised & clicking slightly.
Right knee - deep horizontal laceration 4" long superior to patella & patellar capsule visible (easily!!). 15 stitches later. Tetenus booster & anti-bodies inj plus oral antibiotics.
Various hand & facial grazes.
Changed dressing Saturday 21st - can now ice it!
Most stitches removed 1/7/08 - remaining 3 removed next day.
Still some anterior knee pain running downhill, but resolving.
Only really bothered me at Rat Race on Saturday running on streets.
