pushed it too hard on East Glacier race. I was sore in the lower legs to begin with after long run two days prior. After race pain was significant. Discomfort most severe in morning, walked with limp. Took 7 days off from running. easing back in with hills, flats hurt most. Runs are still not 'good' almost 3 weeks out. No significant time of work to recover. Roofing may have added time to recover.
