Right Leg, outside about half way down is main pain but can be anywhere at times.
Very slow at getting better. Physio got me running a small amount at a time after 4-5 weeks of not huge amount of improvement. In hindsight shouldn't have gone out running the week after but should have given it 2 weeks rest and then started very slowly again and built up.
Exact end date unknown.
Cause: Lots of training and maybe not enough rest. Also could have helped self at time but interval running's adreniline made me push on.
Next time pain on intervals will be taken seriously. If stopping straight away and stretching doesn't help then end session.
