Rolled ankle running through bush at South Ledge between 1st and 2nd control. (Yes I was stupid enough to run at South Ledge.) Enough popping sounds to know I'd done a bit of damage, but could still bear weight, so I saw no reason to stop. Of course, I felt a bit differently about that 50 minutes later after rolling it three more times. Limped into the finish seeking ice and feeling a bit sorry for myself.
Bruised and puffy and sore for a couple of weeks. Stayed off the ET for a week.
Stop running when you hear the popping noises of ligaments getting damaged!
